  *You may create your own senior ad, but because of issues like sizing, file types, and the list goes on...we encourage you to let our awesome yearbook staff create your ad. Feel free to include a sketch of how you’d like your ad designed.

PLEASE submit this form along with your original or printed photos, letter, quote, OR poem,  and a check made out to BUHS (or cash) in ONE envelope to the main office by the deadline listed below.  *EVERYTHING listed above MUST be received at the same time in order to reserve your spot in the yearbook.  Please do NOT send photos or any information via email.
