Transcript/record requests could take up to 5 working business days after all requirements are received to process request. (Rush orders are not available)  Expect longer delays during holidays or at the end of the school year.

For education verifications by 3rd party company's, requests can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 760-873-3065. Signed releases must be attached to your email/fax.

Bishop Union High School does not keep copies of diplomas. If you need proof of enrollment/graduation please request your official transcript.

Requests need to be made by individual of transcript needed. Transcripts can not be processed until photo ID is uploaded to verify person making the request. Bishop Union High School does not keep copies of diplomas. If you need proof of enrollment/graduation please request your official transcript. Diploma requests are a $50.00 charge and takes 6-8 weeks to process. All official transcripts have the graduation date stamped on them for verification.

Parents of past graduates do not have access, and request must be made by the individual.

Class of 2024 Final Transcript Requests

Final Transcript Requests ( 2024 Graduates Only) Mailed out by July 1st 2024 after 2nd semester grades are finalized.

Due to the volume of requests, your Final Transcript Request will be handled and completely processed anywhere from 5 to 7 business days after graduation (when Final Grades are received and uploaded into our system)!!! Once the request is processed, it can sometimes take 2 to 3 weeks for the school to receive your records and properly upload them into their system. Stay connected with your Admissions/Enrollment Counselor to get updates on the status of your transcript arriving at the school.
