BOYS & GIRLS STATE PROGRAM 2026- AN OPPORTUNITY ONLY FOR JUNIORS!
Applications are now open for BUHS Junior students to apply to be selected as Bishop Union High School’s 2026 Boys State/Girls State Delegate. Sponsored by the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary, being selected as a delegate is a prestigious honor.
The Boys State/Girls State program offers a unique and highly regarded educational experience, designed to impart the core ideals and principles of American government. Delegates will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for the American government, the sacrifices made by our veterans, and essential leadership skills that will help shape them into the leaders of tomorrow. In addition to the educational benefits, delegates will enjoy a week of enriching activities and the chance to form lasting friendships with other students from across California.

83rd CALIFORNIA GIRLS STATE PROGRAM
will be held: June 22, 2026 - June 27th, 2026, University of California Riverside Campus
89th CALIFORNIA BOYS/GIRLS STATE PROGRAM
will be held: June 20th, 2026 - June 27th, 2026, Cal State University of Sacramento
